Class Refund + Cancellation Policy

Please don't make me enforce these. I hate conflict. 

Class fees must be paid 48 hours before the class begins. The Oakley Soap Co will send you an invoice to pay online when a class and date are agreed upon via email.

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy:

• Full Refund: If you cancel 48 hours or more before the class date, you will receive a full refund.
• Half Refund: If you cancel between 48-24 hours before the class, you will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class or for same-day classes are non-refundable.
